Responsibilities

• Ensure complete service preparation including team briefings and coordination with kitchen and reception
• Allocate positions and responsibilities based on staffing and forecasts
• Verify dining room status, table settings, cleanliness, and equipment
• Supervise guest welcome, seating, and service flow
• Maintain a constant and discreet presence in the dining room to ensure service quality
• Act as the primary contact for special requests or customer dissatisfaction
• Monitor team behavior and encourage best practices
• Maintain fluid communication with the kitchen to ensure seamless service
• Participate in debriefings and transmit customer feedback
• Oversee dining room closing and post-service cleaning

Requirements

• BTS Hôtellerie - Restauration or equivalent
• Significant experience in luxury hospitality and catering
• Mastery of service techniques with rigor and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Ability to manage stress in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Micros software is a plus
