Responsibilities

• Supervise and orchestrate breakfast, lunch, pool, and bar services
• Welcome and assist guests with elegance and high-level attention
• Manage and coordinate the dining room team
• Ensure smooth communication and close collaboration with the kitchen staff
• Guarantee high-quality, fluid service standards
• Maintain strict adherence to service and quality protocols

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as a Maitre d'Hôtel within the hospitality and restaurant industry
• Natural leadership skills and a strong sense of service
• Excellent presentation and customer relations skills
• Highly organized, reactive, and a strong team player
• Fluency in English is mandatory to serve an international clientele

Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from €2,500 gross (based on 169h)
