Maitre

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints to provide a personalized experience
• Cooperate with the Villa Manager for staff development
• Manage staff in everyday operations according to standard procedures
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues
• Advise on best selling prices and review regularly per instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maitre in the luxury hotel industry
• Experience in an international fine dining restaurant
• Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is a plus
• Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines
• HACCP certification
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
