Responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage operations ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
• Train, develop, and coordinate the service team to ensure excellence in guest experience
• Manage staff schedules for waiters, hosts, and trainees
• Resolve guest complaints and incidents escalated by the operational team
• Control monthly inventories of supplies, cutlery, glassware, and other restaurant resources
• Execute operational controls and internal audits, including sales versus inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Events, and Maintenance departments for operational requirements
• Oversee restaurant ambiance, including lighting, music, cleanliness, and hygiene

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of customer service techniques, inventory management, and sales techniques
• Strong planning and organizational skills
