Responsibilities

• Support the organization and smooth operation of the restaurant
• Lead service and customer care, ensuring rhythm, organization, and excellence in execution
• Ensure quality, presentation, and customer experience standards
• Guarantee service aligned with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards
• Provide a welcoming, personalized, and memorable experience to guests and customers
• Act in an integrated manner with the kitchen, sommelier, and other operational areas
• Monitor customer satisfaction, anticipating needs and solving demands
• Contribute to team development and alignment
• Maintain a presence in conducting the customer experience and service dynamics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Fine Dining restaurant
• Experience in team leadership
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end gastronomy
• Knowledge of gastronomy, wines, and restaurant service techniques
• Fluent English
