About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner upon arrival at the boutique
- Direct visitors to the appropriate team members and manage all inbound telephone calls
- Provide professional written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Address a wide variety of topics including boutique hours of operation and queries regarding the repair process
- Deliver an exceptional and seamless client experience consistent with luxury standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field OR 1 year of experience in retail, contact center, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid work authorization for Canada
