Maison Host

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage all inbound calls
• Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing topics such as hours of operation and repair processes
• Support the Boutique Director in maintaining the high standards of the luxury environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field OR 1 year of experience in retail, contact center, or customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury fashion and retail

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages
