Maintenance & Works Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical studies for improvement works, renewals, and new installations, including technical recommendations and offer analysis.
• Manage procurement requests and material reception according to predefined purchasing and stock procedures.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and oversee construction site execution through to final acceptance.
• Monitor and control the work performed by suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance (levels 1 to 4) on various equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical reporting for all interventions.
• Ensure the remote management commissioning of renewed installations in coordination with industrial IT services.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree ranging from BAC PRO to BAC+3 in MSMA (Maintenance of Equipment) or Electrotechnics.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or construction, ideally within a wastewater treatment plant (STEP) environment.
• Strong electromechanical skills and project management/supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with high rigor and organizational skills.
• Strong team spirit and availability to meet technical demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation/wastewater treatment processes.
• Proficiency with SOFREL remote management systems.
