Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility common areas and manage apartment turnovers
• Clean bathrooms, floors, and other common areas on a daily basis
• Assist with deliveries including pantry items, donations, and other supplies
• Arrange or move furniture as necessary
• Assist with the set-up and clean-up for special events
• Perform painting tasks as needed
• Execute other department or agency-related duties and special projects

Requirements

• One year of relevant maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, rough carpentry, and floor finish
• Ability to operate small hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel between various sites as needed
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
