Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
• Manage cleanup of construction debris and perform snow removal
• Assist with room set up for college and community activities
• Handle vehicle cleaning and repair tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• One year of professional maintenance experience
• Proficiency in at least one area of maintenance (HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, welding, metal fabrication, auto mechanics, or small engine repair)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 50 feet
• Must possess a vibrant, personal Christian faith and be actively involved in an evangelical church
