Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Assess maintenance work orders for residential units and other structures
• Perform electrical maintenance including fixtures, switches, outlets, and minor appliances
• Execute plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and laying new lines
• Conduct painting, carpentry, and masonry work including surface preparation and door installation
• Reconfigure and install modular office furniture, wall panels, and lighting
• Prepare and paint various structures and equipment to prevent corrosion
• Perform basic landscaping and cleaning tasks as required
• Manage work tools, materials, and supplies
• Communicate daily with clients, technical officers, and site managers

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in residential property maintenance
• Practical knowledge of mechanics and small engine repair
• Ability to use various hand, power, and specialty tools
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Millwright skills
• 4-6 years of trade experience or equivalent education
