Responsibilities
- Perform first-level preventive and curative maintenance (lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, doors, windows, and furniture)
- Monitor and maintain the general condition and compliance of buildings and installations with hygiene and safety regulations
- Respect intervention deadlines and priorities
- Follow established operational methods and technical work standards within the hotel
Requirements
- Technical training or background
- Previous experience in building maintenance and management
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or leisure sectors is ideal
