Maintenance Utilities Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of auxiliary service systems including compressed air, steam, water, and electricity.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and energy efficiency regulations.
• Coordinate and lead technical personnel and external providers to guarantee operational continuity.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement processes.
• Manage technical resources, materials, and departmental budgets.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and development for the technical team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience coordinating auxiliary services in industrial environments.
• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related Engineering field.
• Deep knowledge of air, steam, water, electrical substations, high-voltage systems, and water treatment.
• Proven experience leading technical personnel (required).
• Proficiency in maintenance management software, ideally SAP PM.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
