Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, plants, and company infrastructure
• Respond promptly to reports of malfunctions or breakdowns to perform necessary repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to verify the status of equipment and identify potential intervention needs
• Maintain updated maintenance logs and compile detailed reports on all completed interventions
• Support external service providers during their activities
• Ensure all equipment is used correctly and maintained in optimal condition
• Adhere to all workplace safety and hygiene regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize machine downtime and optimize production processes

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or a related field
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or similar roles
• Deep knowledge of mechanical maintenance techniques
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems quickly
• Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality maintenance interventions
• Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities
• Availability to work on shifts and perform overtime if necessary
