Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Operate production equipment according to written instructions
• Use inspection equipment to ensure product quality and monitor ISO work instructions
• Perform necessary adjustments and tool changes to maintain part quality
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Complete daily cycle counting in accordance with established procedures
• Pack parts properly to prevent damage during handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
• Computer literacy and ability to operate electronic equipment
• Basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechatronics Technical Degree or Certification
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
