Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on production equipment including machining centers, assembly lines, and automation systems
• Operate Mobile CMMS devices for reactive calls and preventive maintenance assignments
• Maintain mechanics on heat-treat furnaces, conveyors, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Execute lubrication routes and filter changes in accordance with equipment intervals
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide input for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout Tagout, Confined Space, and Hot Work Permits
• Assist in fabrication and assembly from prints and perform welding tasks (Tig, Mig, or stick)
• Inspect and safely operate mobile equipment such as hoists and forklifts

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of verified mechanical experience
• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) controls
• Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance tools such as Infrared, Ultrasound, and Vibration Analysis
• Must possess own tools (excluding specialty tools)
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance and CMMS programs
• Proficiency in German and/or Spanish language skills
