Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, develop, and maintain machinery and assembly line equipment
• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding to minimize downtime
• Document and investigate root causes of machine breakdowns using online sheets
• Manage spare parts stock control and report requirements
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Environmental Safety Awareness
• Complete daily reporting of all work performed and maintain workshop cleanliness

Requirements

• ONC or HNC qualification
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within automotive or electronics sectors
• Proven skills in both electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a 3-shift pattern environment
