Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs such as light bulb replacement, unclogging drains, patching walls, and minor carpentry or painting tasks
• Assist with routine inspections of equipment including HVAC filters, plumbing fixtures, and safety devices
• Support outdoor upkeep including light landscaping, snow removal, or debris cleanup
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time
• Follow safety procedures when using tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and storage spaces
• Provide courteous and timely responses to guest and staff requests
• Assist leadership staff with larger repairs or projects

Requirements

• Understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina and dexterity to be on foot for up to 90% of the day
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
