Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, sheetrock, and painting
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
• Complete maintenance service requests and respond to guest issues in a timely fashion
• Perform grounds work and snow removal as directed
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests, vendors, and employees
• Ensure all safety standards comply with company, local, and federal guidelines
• Keep accurate records of assigned tasks and report unusual occurrences to the General Manager

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor
• Physical mobility and stamina to perform manual tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with little supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and work flexible hours
• Ability to pass a background check
