Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement
• Execute apartment turns and maintain exterior property curb appeal
• Respond to on-call emergencies and service requests professionally
• Maintain pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
• Perform housekeeping and snow removal duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
• HVAC knowledge and diagnostic repair skills
• Availability for on-call duties and weekend work when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses
