Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service requests
• Execute apartment turns including drywall repair, painting, and appliance replacement
• Provide friendly, customer service-oriented assistance to residents
• Respond to on-call emergency service requests as directed
• Maintain property exterior, curb appeal, and pool/spa areas
• Perform housekeeping and snow removal duties as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in hotel or multifamily housing preferred
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
• Excellent customer service skills
• General computer knowledge
• Availability for on-call duties and weekend work

Preferred Qualifications

• Plumbing, contracting, or builders' certifications and licenses
