Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, heating, and cooling production systems
• Supervision and operation of technical rooms, thermal sub-stations, and production equipment
• Inspection of chillers, heat pumps, boilers, air conditioners, fan coils, pumps, valves, and hydraulic networks
• Diagnosis and resolution of electrical and electromechanical faults
• Verification of operating parameters, consumption, temperatures, pressures, and alarms
• Operation of low voltage electrical panels and installation controls
• Support for minor plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance repairs
• Completion of work reports, maintenance logs, and technical rounds
• Compliance with safety, quality, and hospital environment protocols

Requirements

• Higher or middle vocational degree in maintenance, electricity, thermal installations, industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or similar
• Previous experience in technical facility maintenance, preferably in hospitals, public buildings, or industry
• Knowledge of low voltage electricity, HVAC, and heating/cooling production
• Proficiency with hydraulic and electromechanical installations
• Ability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) and on-call duties every 5 weeks

Preferred Qualifications

• RITE license
• PRL training (60 hours)
• Boiler operator license
• Experience in critical hospital environments
