About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan (electricity, HVAC, water, sewage, and small repairs)
- Analyze, diagnose, control, and monitor equipment operating conditions
- Supervise and monitor work performed by third parties
- Follow quality and safety policies
Requirements
- Experience and basic knowledge in electrical installations (preferred)
- Experience and basic knowledge in HVAC (preferred)
- Experience in building and industrial maintenance
- Basic computer literacy
