Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual maintenance program for plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation and industry-leading performance.
• Perform scheduled tasks to improve efficiency, quality, and operational safety in production processes.
• Maintain equipment safety systems to ensure the physical integrity of all personnel.
• Optimize the use of spare parts and tools to minimize expenses and adhere to assigned budgets.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant equipment and facilities.
• Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of both corrective and preventive maintenance for machinery and facilities.
• Strong foundational knowledge in electronics and mechanics.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a maintenance role.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a result-oriented approach.
