Maintenance Technician - Valves

About the Company

Boccard is an industrial integrator specializing in industrial piping and boilermaking. Through its MD Energies entity, the company specializes in the mechanical maintenance of the French nuclear fleet, including valve maintenance, rotating machinery, and steam admission organs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, upgrades, or mechanical renovation of valve components and rotating/static machinery
• Dismantle, inspect, and reassemble mechanical assemblies
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of mechanical elements
• Diagnose technical failures and faults
• Participate in the adjustment and commissioning of equipment on-site
• Perform testing to ensure proper functioning and compliance
• Write intervention reports to ensure traceability
• Adhere strictly to safety rules, including radiation protection and PPE usage

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of mechanical components
• Understanding of assembly tolerances
• Proficiency in measurement and instrumentation
• Ability to read technical plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the nuclear sector
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, naval, or automotive industries
