Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install production machines and maintain high-speed assembly and manufacturing equipment
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and complete work orders for required maintenance
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments
• Execute preventative maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience with high-speed assembly or manufacturing equipment
• Proven mechanical and electrical repair experience
• Ability to repair electrical equipment up to 480 volts
• Availability to work 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10PM) with overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience repairing Allen-Bradley PLC controlled equipment
