Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on injection molding machines and assembly equipment
• Repair and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on Fanuc, Kuka, and various other brands of robotic equipment
• Handle scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned emergency repairs
• Guide subcontractors brought in to handle specific types of maintenance during the 2nd shift
• Propose preventative maintenance opportunities to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical Associate's degree preferred)
• 4+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment
• 4+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
• Proven experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
