About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and perform preventive/predictive maintenance
- Document repairs using the Maintenance Work Order System
- Maintain compressed air systems, machine water towers, and organized component inventory
- Perform electrical work following Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures
- Support 24-hour on-call coverage and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Operate forklift and participate in weekly safety meetings
Requirements
- One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience/training
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to adapt quickly to changes
