Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and perform preventive/predictive maintenance
• Document repairs using the Maintenance Work Order System
• Maintain compressed air systems, machine water towers, and organized component inventory
• Perform electrical work following Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures
• Support 24-hour on-call coverage and respond to after-hours emergencies
• Operate forklift and participate in weekly safety meetings

Requirements

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience/training
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt quickly to changes
