About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and curative maintenance on mechanical equipment following quality and safety guidelines
- Organize interventions while respecting ongoing production requirements
- Diagnose malfunctions and analyze their impact on processes, product quality, and personnel safety
- Complete maintenance documentation and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Draft maintenance documents including procedures and operating modes according to pharmaceutical requirements
- Support and develop the skills of Production Technicians for level 1 maintenance
- Propose and lead problem-solving initiatives for technical issues
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies regarding productivity, safety, and quality
- Use and update the SAP PM computerized maintenance management system
Requirements
- Bac +2 level (DUT GIM, BTS industrial maintenance, or BAC MI/MEI)
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics
- Proficiency in analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Mastery of IT tools including SAP, Word, and Excel
