Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair machine and equipment failures to minimize downtime
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and monitor the technical condition of systems
• Participate in modernization projects for machines and production lines
• Maintain technical documentation, including inspection, repair, and maintenance logs
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality departments to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Technical education in mechanics, automation, electronics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or 2 years of experience in production
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
