Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (up to 480V).
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions independently using technical diagrams and engineering specifications.
• Interpret complex technical documents, including P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and blueprints.
• Maintain equipment such as pumps, valves, piping, and motors to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and HACCP food safety standards.
• Coordinate with production teams, engineers, and external contractors to optimize facility performance.

Requirements

• Proven industrial maintenance expertise within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and technical schematics.
• Hands-on experience with industrial components including pumps, valves, and motors.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and a disciplined commitment to safety.
• Ability to work a weekend day shift (6 am - 6 pm) on a rotating schedule.
