Responsibilities

• Assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of RVM systems
• Optimization and adjustment of equipment at individual customer locations
• Regular daily customer visits according to assigned tasks
• Management and control of equipment (tools, spare parts, vehicle kits, etc.) to ensure completeness
• Training customers on the safe use of installed machines
• Communication with technical support and direct supervisors for task resolution
• Ensuring machine fault repairs are completed within schedules
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety rules

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Proven work experience in technical services or maintenance/repair of automated industrial equipment
• Driver's license
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Basic knowledge of English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
