Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests and complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Prepare apartments for turnovers including basic appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work
• Inspect vacated apartments, common areas, and exterior grounds to identify needed repairs and ensure company standards
• Document all work performed, parts used, and service request completions in Entrata and CMMS daily
• Clean pools, pressure wash surfaces, remove snow, and maintain drainage and lighting as needed
• Serve in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and escort vendors as required

Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• 1-3 years full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or ability to obtain within six months
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel periodically when required
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs
• Proficiency with or ability to learn Entrata, CMMS, and Building Automation systems
