Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and repair service requests and carry out preventive maintenance tasks
• Prepare apartments for turnovers including basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work
• Use Entrata and CMMS systems to log service requests and completed work
• Inspect vacated apartments and common areas to identify necessary repairs
• Maintain property physical condition according to SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards
• Perform pool maintenance including chemical adjustment and cleaning
• Manage parts and supplies inventory and maintain organized workshops and utility rooms
• Assume responsibility for after-hours emergencies as directed

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain within six months
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs
• Proficiency with computer programs like Entrata or CMMS
