Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on robots, automated processes, and plant equipment to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
• Modify control systems and robots to improve repeatability and strengthen equipment safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and modify control logic for machinery using PLC, HMI, and robot systems.
• Analyze signals and interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Manage and perform scheduled backups of configuration and programming data for control systems and robots.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Automation, Control, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming (Allen Bradley and Siemens).
• Experience with KUKA robot programming and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
• Experience with resistance, projection, and spot welding equipment.
• 2 years of experience working with metal stamping presses.
• 2 years of experience with KUKA robot programming.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electromechanical Engineering (Robotics), Electronics Engineering Technology (Industrial Automation), or Mechanical Engineering.
• Detail-oriented approach to complex technical tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
