Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all production safety rules and work according to existing procedures and standards
• Participate in regular preventive maintenance tasks
• Perform on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting to ensure rapid response and minimize machine downtime
• Apply continuous improvement principles daily, such as 5Whys, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance (AM)

Requirements

• Professional training as a Maintenance Technician
• Several years of experience in maintenance roles
• Proven skills in fault analysis, identification, and the development of countermeasures
• Fluency in French is essential
• Knowledge of injection molding production lines is highly desirable
• Experience with SAP or FAMMA software is a plus
