Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, install, and repair industrial equipment and systems
• Read and interpret work orders, safety rules, mechanical/electrical drawings, and maintenance manuals
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance following continuous improvement processes
• Maintain accurate repair logs, KPIs, and documentation of all work performed
• Operate grinders, welders, and other metalworking tools to fabricate and assemble parts
• Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory by reporting low levels to supervisors
• Adhere to OSHA, electrical codes, and standard industry safety regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Understanding of failure mechanisms and the ability to perform root cause analysis
• Ability to work 2nd shift
• Ability to pass a standardized maintenance aptitude test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
• 2 years of relevant experience in electrical systems, HVAC, or industrial maintenance preferred
• Associate’s degree preferred
