Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance on the machine park to ensure optimal production.
• Adjust process installations and maintain, assemble, and calibrate various technical components.
• Analyze both mechanical and electrical technical failures.
• Execute repairs in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in the on-call system to provide service outside regular working hours following the completion of training.

Requirements

• Technical diploma (A2) in mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
• Valid forklift certificate.
• Strong safety awareness and strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluency in Dutch; notions of English and/or French are a plus.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications for aerial work platforms and BA4/BA5 are considered advantages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a shift system or production environment.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
