Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair of production machines, equipment, and facilities
• React quickly to minimize equipment downtime and ensure 100% machine availability
• Organize and execute routine preventative maintenance schedules
• Manage spare parts inventory within the ERP system, including risk assessments and replenishment
• Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives within the facility
• Facilitate communication between external contractors and internal operations for repairs and installations
• Maintain plant safety and 5S standards, ensuring compliance with Environmental Management System requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for machines and equipment
• Train and coach machine operators on best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
• Proven electrical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of PLCs
• Proficiency with industrial, mechanical, and pneumatic machinery
• Exposure to ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes, and safety practices
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including potential weekends and overtime for special projects
