Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to restore operations quickly
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before failures occur
• Install, maintain, and replace components including motors, pumps, valves, bearings, cylinders, and control devices
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent maintenance training
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
