Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair automated conveyance and sortation equipment
• Utilize CMMS to create and update work orders and track spare parts inventory
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, belts, rollers, and sensors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and motor control circuits
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize equipment downtime
• Follow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Minimum 2 years troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V
• Experience maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial trucks or scissor lifts
• Technical certification or associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field
