Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Support management team on preventative maintenance and repair issues
• Manage facility maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies
• Oversee maintenance for 4 or more locations with District Manager support
• Assist with P&Ls and Repair and Maintenance Budgets with District Manager support

Requirements

• Car wash equipment knowledge
• Proficiency in plumbing
• Experience with welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Small motor repair skills
• Basic facility and building repair capabilities
• Computer and software proficiency
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate POS and typical office machines
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time, including nationwide
• Availability for weekend, holiday, and night shifts
