Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electromechanical, electronic, and mechanical faults in automated production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, including monitoring equipment, checking material condition, and executing scheduled interventions
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems to minimize production downtime
• Read and interpret technical plans, diagrams, and manufacturer documentation to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist in the installation, modification, and renovation of production equipment and electrical cabinets
• Manage spare parts availability and ensure the cleanliness and organization of tools and workstations
• Document all interventions, technical reports, and maintenance activities using GMAO software
• Provide technical assistance and training to personnel when required

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and electrical/mechanical diagrams
• Proven experience diagnosing electrical and electromechanical faults
• Proficiency in maintaining automated equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience using GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Ability to perform precise mechanical adjustments and repairs
