Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electromechanical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures in automated production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including monitoring equipment, cleaning, greasing, and replacing wear parts
• Read and interpret technical plans, diagrams, and manufacturer documentation to ensure correct installation and repair
• Minimize production downtime by responding quickly to machine breakdowns and performing urgent repairs
• Participate in the installation and renovation of production lines, including the setup of new machinery and electrical cabinets
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and intervention reports using CMMS (GMAO)
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of tools and the workstation

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing automated industrial equipment
• Ability to diagnose complex electrical and electromechanical malfunctions
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and plans
• Experience using CMMS (GMAO) for maintenance tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
