Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Manual & CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) and other production equipment.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance to ensure facility equipment operates properly.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with Manual & CNC machinery.
• Ability to perform diagnosis and repair on power and control circuits (24V, 120V, 240V, 480V).
• Proven experience with CMMS software (e.g., API) for scheduling and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, or TPM.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a Hazardous Materials Certification.
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
