Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on complex pharmaceutical large-scale plants, refrigeration systems, and ultra-pure media supply systems
• Execute simple welding tasks according to technical instructions
• Manufacture special components with high production depth based on technical specifications
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement processes (KVP) to optimize workflows
• Apply LEAN methods such as 6S and Control Charts to increase efficiency and process safety
• Adhere to all relevant EHS and GMP regulations and standards
• Perform turning and milling work on conventionally controlled machine tools

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training in mechanics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in refrigeration technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, vacuum technology, or machining
• Independent and structured way of working with high resilience
• Good IT and software skills (MS Office)
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
