Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs on equipment to a high standard
• Perform preventative maintenance to SGS equipment
• Prepare equipment for project load outs and freight movements
• Complete maintenance records, job cards, and fault reports
• Use SharePoint to obtain and record documentation
• Perform stock takes and contribute to re-stocking
• Contribute to procurement of minor equipment, parts, and consumables
• Operate forklift to facilitate day to day activities
• Report all near misses and hazardous situations to management

Requirements

• Understanding of Quality Systems
• Computer literacy and experience with computer-based systems
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current Forklift Licence
• Proactive approach to safety and decision-making
