Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support continuous operations
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with operational health and safety standards and protocols

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance coordination, including preventive maintenance and repairs
• Ability to manage spare parts inventory and track work orders using maintenance management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions quickly
• Proficiency in analyzing maintenance data to drive operational excellence
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production and technical teams
• Ability to work the 3rd shift onsite in a manufacturing environment
