Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support business objectives.
• Diagnose equipment problems by analyzing test results, machine error messages, and operator feedback.
• Perform mechanical repairs including cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and disassembling machinery.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including motors, gearboxes, and VFD/HMI/Servo control devices.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to urgent production floor needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records and work orders in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Comply with all safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and GMP guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, and utility operations.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and utilize computer-based maintenance planning platforms.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar MIS/ERP systems.
• Experience with computerized or automated controls.
