Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Diagnose equipment problems by analyzing test results, machine error messages, and operator feedback
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to production needs on the floor
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems including motors, gearboxes, and VFD/HMI/Servo controls
• Maintain industrial refrigeration, boiler, and utility operations
• Complete accurate documentation of maintenance records and work orders in SAP or other ERP systems
• Comply with all safety regulations, SOPs, and GMP guidelines

Requirements

• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration and high-pressure boilers
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read electric schematics
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Proficiency with computer-based maintenance planning or ERP platforms (SAP experience is a plus)
• Ability to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in various manufacturing environments (noise, temperature changes)
